Collection is free and booked at checkout: pick a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, including same day, and your order is ready when you pull in. We will load the bags into your boot ourselves, so bring the car, not the gloves.
The yard is The Barn on Bagwell Lane, Winchfield, five minutes from Hook. Afternoons only, please. The yard takes container deliveries in the mornings and we keep it clear for safety.

Every batch is moisture-tested before it leaves the yard, certified Woodsure Ready to Burn WS721. If a bag ever is not right, tell us and we will put it right. No forms, no fuss.
The day you pick is the day we come, 8am to 6pm. If anything ever threatens the schedule, you get a call from us first, not silence.
Log store, shed, side gate: the bags go exactly where you point. Never a loose pile tipped on the drive, and the place is left as we found it.
