What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
William Alexander Group Limited ("we") runs williamalexanderlogs.com. We collect the details needed to take your order and deliver it: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, plus your order history. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We use your phone number so the driver can reach you on delivery day, and your email to confirm orders, let you manage your delivery booking, and reply when you contact us. If you join the delivery waiting list we hold your email for that purpose only.
We use Google Tag Manager and related analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the site and deliveries: our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery routing system (Onfleet) and our hosting providers, each only receiving what they need.
