It's the moisture.
Nothing else matters.

Every log is kiln-dried at high temperature to force the water out, then moisture-tested before it leaves the yard. Never above 20%. That's the number that matters.

Wet logs steam, smoke, and waste their heat boiling water out of themselves. Ours don't. You light a match and they go.

Every batch is moisture-tested before it leaves the yard, certified Woodsure Ready to Burn WS721. If a bag ever is not right, tell us and we will put it right. No forms, no fuss.

The day you pick is the day we come, 8am to 6pm. If anything ever threatens the schedule, you get a call from us first, not silence.

Where you want it, tidy

Log store, shed, side gate: the bags go exactly where you point. Never a loose pile tipped on the drive, and the place is left as we found it.
